  • FCA: Institutional Disclosure Working Group report

    FCA has published the Group's summary report containing its recommendations along with a press release. As part of the recommendations,... the Group has suggested the formation of a group to own the outputs of the work so far and be able to answer questions and monitor the use of templates produced for data collection and disclosure. FCA notes that it anticipates that this new group will be formed over the summer with launch planned for autumn. The full report, including the templates, will be released once the new group has been convened. FCA states that it will reconsider the issue of disclosure to institutional investors in the future if it has any reason to be concerned about the effectiveness of how the recommendations have played out in the market.
