    AIC recommends that HM Treasury adopts a layered approach to funds regulation when the UK withdraws from the EU. Ian... Sayers, Chief Executive of AIC, suggests, " a ‘layered’ approach would provide an opportunity to simplify the current unhelpful patchwork of EU regulation.
