    Further to Mark Carney’s speech (see separate news item), PRA has published a letter aimed at banks, insurers and designated investment... firms undertaking cross-border activities between the UK and the rest of the EU. The main purpose of this letter is to ensure that all firms are making, and stand ready to execute in good time should the need arise, contingency plans for a full range of possible scenarios. PRA states that its current assessment is that the level of planning is uneven across firms and is requesting that firms supply it with details of their contingency plans, to be received by 14 July 2017.
