Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues have become a key area of focus for many organisations. Until recently how organisations can be more environmentally sustainable and the growth in regulations surrounding this have been the driving force in raising the profile of ESG. Now in the UK we are starting to see employers pay closer attention to the Social and Governance aspects.
