Energy from Waste: The Invisible Man Anticipating and mitigating against...
We are delighted to invite you to the second of four conferences we are holding on the lifecycle of an Energy from Waste Project taking place on Thursday 25 April 2024. Over the four sessions, CMS and EfW industry specialists will team up to discuss the challenges facing Energy from Waste Projects in today’s environment and the role they can play in a Net Zero future. CMS Contracting Update - Facing Future Risks
 Join us for a half-day conference where we will consider a wide variety of issues relevant to in-house legal representatives and those in the wider business who are involved in contract drafting and management – including an opportunity to network with your peers and get some CPD hours logged early in the year!   The event will focus on areas to bear in mind when considering contract terms in the offshore industries, to ensure your contracts appropriately address future risks that may impact your project or schedule.  We are confident this will be time well spent for all of those working in the sector, no matter the size or scope of their business.   The event will conclude with a lunch for all attendees, providing an opportunity to net­work.   There is no charge to attend the conference, and spaces are available on a first come first served basis so we encourage early registration.  Can we ask you to register by 26 April 2024 at the latest.
