You are invited to a breakfast seminar on: “Competition on the Pharmaceutical Market. Law and Practice” to be held on 20 April in Warsaw, between 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. (registration from 9:15 a.m.).

The seminar is designed for lifesciences companies and will cover issues such as:

· Competition watchdogs put the pharmaceutical sector under the microscope (sector inquiry and the proceedings of the European Commission and the Polish Competition Authority)
· Pricing policy of a pharmaceutical company (including fixed, minimum and maximum prices, pricing recommendations, rebate systems, as well as the regulatory aspect, including fixed prices and margins)
· Various distribution models (including exclusive distribution, direct distribution, supply chain management systems)
· Is it possible to offer different trading conditions to customers? The competition and regulatory perspective
· Parallel import from the perspective of competition law
· Cooperation between competitors – is it admissible and if so, when?
