Fresh from chairing the independent review group which looked at the funding of horseracing and the future of the Levy, Lord Donoughue has now been asked to perform a similar role for greyhound racing. He is charged with examining the regulation of greyhound racing and making recommendations to ensure that its regulation is efficient and effective.
