The Review provides a summary of the most important European Court and English Court cases concerning brands and trade marks. It is intended to provide those involved in the marketing of branded goods, together with in-house and external lawyers and trade mark agents with a concise review of the most important legal developments during 2002 including, for example, in relation to parallel imports, counterfeiting, celebrity endorsement, registrability and use of metatags.

In addition, the Review contains a valuable analysis of European Court and English Court reported decisions which categorises the subject matter of the issues addressed and also a review of which Counsel were most frequently instructed.
